Please join IRSC's Student Engagement & Leadership, Campus Coalition Government, and your IRSC AFC Chapter as they partner with the Sexual Assault Assistance Program of the Treasure Coast to bring Denim Day (www.denimdayinfo.org), a nationwide campaign, to IRSC on 
Wednesday, April 28.

The day is designed to bring awareness to sexual assault and unite our community by wearing jeans with a purpose.

All students and employees are encouraged to make a $5 donation to the Inner Truth Project (ITP).  These donations can be made in Student Services on the Branch Campuses or in Student Affairs on the Massey Campus in Fort Pierce.

Share your photos with your message relating to sexual assault awareness in your denim on the IRSC Student Engagement & Leadership's Facebook and Instagram Denim Day Post.  In addition, we encourage you to share them on your pages with #DenimDay2021 #BeBelievedHere #IRSCWearsDenim

The IRSC Chapter of AFC is holding a live music social at
Summer Crush Vineyard and Winery on
Saturday April 17th from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

Billy Lindley, the lead singer of "Never Stop Believin' - The Ultimate Tribute to Journey", as well as "Classic Rewind's Chicago Tribute", is scheduled to perform tributes to the music of Chicago and Journey.

New for 2021:  AFC is offering a new way for AFC Members to show support on Jeans & Jersey Day.  Members can now purchase a Jeans & Jersey Day 2021 pin that will allow the member to participate in Jeans & Jersey Day for the remainder of the calendar year (10 months, including one this month).  Pins are available from campus/building representatives for a $40 donation to AFC student scholarships.

Pierce (adhering to CDC guidelines).

Join us as Dr. Kimberlie Massnick, Assistant Professor and Lead Facilitator of the Institute for Cold Case Investigations walks us through the life of suspected serial killer, John “Gerard Schaefer.” This session will require you the use of your senses to grasp some concept of what John Gerard Schaefer’s victims went through; to recognize how they felt at different points and what you think was going through their minds.

You are welcome to bring a friend, your spouse, or anyone over the age of 21. You don’t have to be an AFC member to attend.
